La Vie en Rosé

SPARKLING WINES

Description

The Negroamaro grapes are harvested by hand and placed with extreme care in small boxes.

They undergo a 36-hour maceration to obtain the typical “onion skin” color.

The tirage is followed by an aging on the lees for 24 months.

The sparkling wine has a very fine perlage, opens on the nose with the typical scent of “bread peels”, when tasted it is fresh, savory and with a pleasant acidity.

Combinations

Ideal for both meat and shellfish based aperitifs, raw and cooked, excellent in combination with delicate fish-based dishes.

The right accompaniment, moreover, of fine artisan pastry.
