Pescorosso

CLASSIC WINES

Description

Immediately after the harvest and the subsequent pressing, the grapes are sent to a cold pre-maceration at a temperature of 18 ° C, thanks to which the natural characteristic of fragrance of the fruit remains intact.

After alcoholic fermentation, the wine is aged in 2nd passage oak barriques for 3 months, where the malolactic fermentation takes place.

Elegance, softness and modern taste come together in a balanced way in this Primitivo.

Combinations

To be paired with intense flavored first courses, game, grilled meats and aged cheeses.
