Ratino

CLASSIC WINES

Description

From the Ratino district we have selected the best Bombino grapes for the production of this wine. They are cultivated and cared for with meticulous attention in order to obtain the right balance between quality and quantity.

After harvesting, thanks to the subsequent cryomaceration, the aromas are free to express themselves but not to disperse.

The must first undergoes a maceration on the skins for 8-10 hours at a temperature of 7 ° C, and then enters stainless steel tanks, where alcoholic fermentation takes place.

The result is a balanced and fresh wine, but at the same time with a good structure, which allows it to keep its organoleptic characteristics intact for 18-24 months.

Combinations

Straw yellow in color, with an interesting flavor, Ratino finds great expression in combination with fish-based dishes, especially fried fish and stewed sea fish. Surprising with medium-structured white meats.
