Brando

CLASSIC WINES

Description

Obtained exclusively from the Troia grape, a typical vine of the Gargano hinterland, Brando embodies the passion and dedication of the homonymous winemaker who has cared for our vines with tireless passion for an entire generation.

Attention to individual plants, with particular reference to the containment of production, allows us to obtain grapes with a perfect balance from a sugar and phenolic point of view.

After harvesting, a 20-day maceration on the skins follows, with simultaneous alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel.

Subsequently the wine is placed in 2nd passage oak barriques for 4 months, in which the malolactic fermentation takes place, followed by an aging in bottle for 6-8 months.

Combinations

Wine with a strong tannic character and spicy aromas, with slight citrus hints; to be enjoyed with very tasty cheeses and with game. Excellent with vegetable dishes and very fatty fish.
