RESERVE WINES

Description

This wine derives from the splendid union of autochthonous vines
Aglianico and Nero di Troia, and allochthonous vine, Cabernet Sauvignon.

The harvest of these grapes takes place in different moments, and it is the same for maceration, alcoholic fermentation and malolactic fermentation. Each of these three grapes carries out these cycles separately, so as to maintain their organoleptic qualities.

When each wine has reached its best quality, they are
blended together in established percentages and refined in second passage French oak barriques.

The wine obtained is red with purple hues; the fruity tannin
of Aglianico is perfectly balanced with the rich polyphenol content of Nero di Troia, leaving space, at the end, to the delicate vegetai aftertaste of Cabernet Sauvignon.

Combinations

Suitable for succulent main courses, tough red meat and aged/not aged hard cheese. To taste with tornato sauce dishes also.
