Fujente Rosé

SPARKLING WINES

Description

From the local dialect “he who runs”, fujente is the image of our picturesque patronal feast; a dense array of fujenti invades the city on the third Sunday of May, to follow the pyrotechnic batteries in honor of our Patroness step by step.

Fujente is a passionate, true man, madly rooted in our territory; just like this sparkling wine made from white Bombino grapes, a vine of our land.

The Troia grapes are harvested in crates and undergo a cold maceration to preserve aromas and freshness; after the vinification at low temperature follows the fermentation and the refinement in auto clave for about 3 months.

The thin bubble enhances the hints of red fruits, roses and currants; in the mouth it is dry, characterized by a slight acidity and a good structure. Clean and elegant finish, of medium persistence.

Combinations

Sparkling wine for the whole meal, excellent combination with seafood of all kinds and delicate first courses; served at the right temperature (10-12 degrees) it is an ideal companion for aperitifs.
