Description

Iside comes from Minutolo, an aromatic vine with great personality and intense aromas, typical of the Apulian tradition.

After the low-temperature fermentation in stainless steel, thanks to which the primary aromatic components are preserved, a prolonged refinement on the noble lees follows.

Straw yellow in color, on the nose the scents are of white fruit and ripe pulp, with floral and tropical hints; in the mouth it is full, consistent, long, with an interesting acidity that underlines its freshness.

Combinations

To be served in combination with crudités, first and second courses of fish, also interesting the combination with salty finger foods.
