Description

Radicosa comes from a vineyard where grapes are strictly selected.

Winemaking techniques are applied with the utmost care and thinning of the bunches allows a maximum of 600 grammes of grapes per vine stock to be obtained.

Bunches are singularly selected by expert hands before beginning vinification, which includes a 15% racking off process and a long maceration time, exceeding the fermentation phase.

Malolactic fermentation in French oak barriques and the following refinement for 12 months give to this wine vanilla and spicy tones with marked but gracious tannins. The red fruit bouquet is remarkable, soft and long-lasting to taste.

Combinations
Wine for great occasions, Radicosa is a noble accompaniment to fine meats, such as the most refined game, and delicate first courses with cheese cream.
