Rosa di Salsola

CLASSIC WINES

Description

Rosé is the true typicality of Puglia.
The grapes are harvested at the right acidity and subjected to a skin maceration lasting 5-6 hours at a temperature of 10 ° C. The free-run must is then extracted (max 40%) and statically decanted at 13 ° C.

Alcoholic fermentation follows in stainless steel tanks at a temperature of 13-14 ° C.

Bright pink in color, this wine has the personality of a red and the freshness of a white. It expresses delicate aromas of cherries and raspberries, the taste is fresh, savory and with a pleasant acidity.

Combinations

Thanks to its versatility, it goes perfectly with fish and meat appetizers, medium succulent first courses and white meats.
Surprising when paired with pizza.
